Privacy Policy

Effective September 3rd 2014

Rewire Holdings LLC (“Rewire Holdings,” “we” or “us”) shares your concerns about the protection of your personal information online. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes our practices regarding information collected from or about users of or visitors to (“you”) our website, (and (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy.

This Policy applies only to the Site. It does not apply to any third party site or service linked to the Site or recommended or referred to by our Site.

Information collected by Rewire Holdings:

(1) IP addresses: Your IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer that you are using by your Internet Service Provider (“ISP”). This number is identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever users visit the Site, along with the time(s) of such visit(s) and the page(s) that were visited. Collecting IP Addresses is standard practice on the Internet and is done automatically by many web sites. It may be possible to determine from an IP address a visitor’s ISP and the geographic location of his or her point of connectivity.

(2) Non-personally identifiable information: Non-personally indefinable information is aggregated information, demographic information, and any other information that does not reveal a person’s specific identity. When visitors come to our Site, we and certain service providers collect and aggregate information indicating, among other things, which pages of the Site were visited, the order in which they were visited, which hyperlinks were “clicked”, any prior browsing history, any functions used on the Site, any data viewed on the Site or any data saved from the Site. Collecting such information involves the logging of the operating system and browser software used by each visitor to the Site.

We may also collect non-personally identifiable information when you voluntarily provide it to us. Also, when we collect personal information from you in a transaction, inquiry, request or visit, we may extract some non-personally identifiable information about that event and combine it with other non-personal information such as clickstream data. This information is used to help us understand trends and patterns.

We may also use “cookies” to help us determine, for example, the type of content and sites to which a visitor to the Site links, the length of time each visitor spends at any particular area of the Site and Rewire Holdings services visitors choose to use. A cookie is a piece of data that a website can send to your browser, which may then be stored by your browser on your computer and may identify, for example, your preferences. Cookies allow Rewire Holdings to serve you better and more efficiently, and to personalize your experience of the Site. You should be able to control how and whether cookies will be accepted by your web browser. If you do not want information collected through the use of cookies, there is a procedure in most browsers that allows you to decline the use of cookies. For more information on how to do so, please refer to the documentation accompanying your browser.

(3) Personal information: Rewire Holdings or our service providers may collect personal information from you through the Site, including but not limited to information you provide when you fill out our questionnaires, set up or register an account with us, or if you choose to communicate through the site. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personal information” means information that can be used to personally identify you, such as your name, company, title, address, e-mail address, phone number, payment information, investor type, assets under management, transaction history, social security number, and issues or areas of interest. You may be required to provide us with personal information to access or use certain parts of the Site.

In some cases, you may provide us with personal information about another person, such as of a colleague, business partner or employee. By providing us with personal information about another person, you represent that you have obtained the appropriate consent of the person whose personal information you are providing to us.
